JACK's Safety Dashboard gives you a live snapshot of every safety item on all your jobs, from Inductions to incidents, without having to check each one individually.

You have two options for viewing the Dashboard: view it across all your active jobs globally, or drill into a single job for its own dashboard.

Select Safety from the left-hand menu to see the dashboard for all your jobs. Click the Open in New icon () on any tile to drill into that category for more detail.

The dashboard shows: Submitted SWMS, Missing / Expired Compliance Docs, Site Surveys Completed, Incidents, SWMS Acknowledged (7 Days), Inductions Acknowledged (7 Days), SWMS Acknowledged (Total), and Inductions Acknowledged (Total).

Scroll down to see Toolbox Meetings, Site Surveys, and Incidents logs across all your jobs.

Select Jobs from the left-hand menu, choose your job, then click Safety. This opens the dashboard for that job. Click the Open in New icon on any tile to drill into that category for more detail.
