To create an Incident Report, navigate to Jobs > select the relevant Job > Safety > Incidents and click
. Record the Type of incident, any Incident Details, corrective actions implemented, and whether emergency services were called.
Scroll down to Add the People Involved and upload any Photos or Documentation. Use the Drag & Drop feature or click Browse to select files from your network. Once you’ve added all details, click Save to create. The Incident Report will then display the date, time, and who it was recorded by for easy tracking.
To access a global view of your Incident Reports navigate to Safety > Incidents > select the relevant incident. You can also view all job-related Incident Reports within the Job > Safety > Dashboard and click View all.
