In JACK, you can order site-specific signage, complete with a QR code for seamless inductions.
To order site signage in JACK, open the Job you want to order it for. You'll be prompted to enter your relevant site information.
What Your Custom Site Signage Includes
Job-specific QR code: enables fast sign-in/sign-out to record site attendance and SWMS acknowledgments, and provides access to required induction documents.
Supervisor details section: space to display supervisor information, either printed or handwritten on-site.
Clear safety information: communicate essential site safety details to all workers and visitors.
Company branding and compliance details (optional): includes your company logo, emergency contact information, and mandatory site rules where required.
How To Order Your Site Signage
Navigate to the relevant Job > Safety > Site Signage. Upload your company logo and enter the required Building Site Contact Information. A live preview will display as you enter the details, allowing you to review the signage in real time. Once complete, click Save, then choose to Download PDF or click Order Now.
By clicking Order Now, you will be taken to an Order Summary screen, where you will be prompted to enter your card payment details.
Once you've added your payment information, you can preview your site signage to review and confirm that all details are correct.
When ready, approve the order by ticking "I have checked and approve the Site Signage preview", then click Confirm Order to process your order.
Site signage will be sent to the address you specified as the delivery address; this will ship directly from the printer. Double-check this before confirming the order.
To view your global Order History, navigate to Safety > Site Signage.
ℹ️ If you prefer not to order a physical site sign, you can download the sign as a PDF or download the QR code to add to your own signage. You can send this to suppliers or contractors to induct themselves in advance.
