Managing multiple contacts for each supplier or contractor can get messy, but it doesn’t have to. With JACK, you can keep everyone organised, so you always know exactly who to contact when you need them.

To add a new contact, navigate to Contacts > open the relevant Contact type > select the Supplier or Contractor. Under Supplier/Contractor Details, you will find a Contacts section. Click
to add a new contact.
A side pop-up will appear to enter the new contact details. You’ll need to select their Role Type and Enable Portal Access depending on the account type and user role. Click
to add the new contact.
Once saved, you can view their information by clicking on their Contact. This will open up their individual profile for you to edit and view their Details, Security, and Access Permissions.
Adding multiple contacts under a single supplier or contractor allows you to assign Schedule Items to an individual contact.
