If you work with contractors, suppliers or clients in JACK, you can control exactly which folders each of them can see. This keeps sensitive files private while still giving people access to what they need.
Navigate to the Lead or Job and select the Files tab.
Click the traffic lights icon next to the folder and select Sharing Access.
Tick the boxes for each contractor, supplier, or client you want to grant access to, then click Save.
Once you grant access, the folder icon in the file list will be highlighted, so you can see at a glance which folders have sharing enabled and for whom.
