To set reminders relating to a Schedule Item, first navigate to the relevant Job > Project Management > Schedule. Select the relevant Schedule Item and click the three dots to edit.
Once selected side menu will appear. Click on the Reminder icon
. From here, you can choose which contacts should receive reminders about the Schedule Item. You can also specify how many days before the scheduled start or end date the reminder should be sent.
ℹ️You can also set these directly through the Schedule Tab.
⚠️Remember to save before exiting.
