How to Create Schedule Filters in your Planner View

Save a Quick Filter in your Planner to view only specific details relating to a Job schedule

You have the option to create a new Quick Filter in your global schedule or directly through the Job Navigate to the relevant Job > Project Management > Schedule > Planner view > Filter. Select the appropriate filters & click  to create. A pop-up will appear for you to name your new quick filter and click  to create.

ℹ️You can choose to filter your schedule view by Status, Contact, Job, Lead, etc.

Use the Quick Filter drop-down to apply your filter to your schedule and only view relevant items.
