To respond to a schedule change, navigate to Jobs > select relevant job > Project Management > Schedule and click the three dots to Edit the relevant Schedule Item.
A pop-up menu for the Schedule Item will appear on the right. Any schedule changes proposed by the subcontractor will be highlighted as Proposed Changes, giving you the option to Accept or Decline.
If you accept a proposal change, JACK will automatically update your Job Schedule along with any linked schedule items. You can also choose to send a notification to your trades to keep them informed of the update.
When you decline a proposed change, JACK keeps your current schedule unchanged and immediately notifies the assigned subcontractor.
ℹ️Highlight the schedule item with your cursor to view the status and updated start and end date in your Gantt chart.
