Create Clearer Proposals for your Clients with Specifications

Include estimate specifications for clear, client-ready proposals

JACK allows you to create a specifications document directly from your estimate.

Navigate to your Costings tab on your estimate and click on a specific cost category to expand and see the detailed items beneath it. From here, you can edit how the item will be displayed according to your specifications. You can select one of the four buttons on the left of the screen: Inc (Included), Ex (Excluded), Note, and Allow (Allowance).

Select the tickbox  to bulk-edit your specification type. By selecting a specification option,  the item will be displayed on the Proposal document under Specifications.

Selecting the Allow (Allowance) option will also include the dollar amount. The other three specification options will only show the options as Included, Note, and Excluded. You have the choice to show the dollar amount to your client.
