JACK allows you to send documents with the option to enable payment upon signing, making it easy to secure a deposit when a contract is signed. The signing contact will be directed to a secure online payment portal via Stripe, where they can pay using a credit card.

To enable payments on a document, a Xero contact must be linked to the relevant lead who is asked to sign.

To add a Xero contact, navigate to Lead > Details, scroll down to Contact, and click to access the contact details. You can also access contacts directly from the Contacts tab. From there, select an existing contact or create a new one. Before creating a new contact, double-check to avoid creating duplicates in Xero.
