Client Portal Visibility

Customise what your clients can see in the Client Portal

To adjust your Client's Portal Visibility, navigate to Settings > Other Options.

⚠️Remember to save your progress as you go.

Schedule Details – Show clients all Schedule Items, Job Phases, or hide the Schedule entirely.

Schedule Limit – Set the number of days ahead clients can view the Job Schedule.

Invoice Status – Determine if clients can see overdue invoices or payments received.

Job Progress Bar – Choose whether clients can track the status in your pipeline.

ℹ️To customise your Job Status Setup, navigate to Settings > Data Setup > Job Status.

💡Your client can now view their portal based on the settings you have saved
