How to add Contractor Licensing and Insurance Records

Keep track of your contractor's licensing and insurance to ensure they're current and relevant to their assigned work.

Navigate to Contacts > Contractors and scroll down the details page.

Click Update Insurance and Update License to open a pop-up. Set an expiry date, Insurance Company, add a Policy Number or License Number, and attach a Copy of Policy.

If a license or insurance has expired, a warning will appear in the list of all contractors so you can request the contractor to send through the current documents.
