Once the builder enables portal access for you, you’ll receive an email with a setup link. Check your email and click Complete Setup.
You’ll be taken to a screen to finish setting up your account and create a password.
2. Choose whether to opt in or out of 2-Factor Authentication, then click Continue.

✅ Once complete, you’ll see a confirmation tick showing that your account has been successfully set up.
ℹ️ Welcome! You now have access to JACK.
After logging in, you’ll be automatically taken to your Dashboard, where you can:
View all assigned Jobs, Tasks, Schedule Items, and POs
Access Safety Documents
See any shared files or communications from the builder
To view specific project information, navigate to Jobs > Files, Selections, and Daily Logs.
