Overview
Navigate to the relevant Job > Safety > Site Surveys and click
. A side menu will appear where you have the option to create from a blank site survey or select a template from the list of published site surveys.

Create New Survey
In the first section, you’ll notice that the Job has already been prefilled. Start by selecting an Assignee and setting a Due Date, or link it to a Job Schedule Item. Next, move to Site Conditions and respond to the listed questions. Any surveys included in your applied job template will already be prefilled for you.

You can edit this section to add more details or adjust any settings as required. Click
to add and complete new topics in your survey. Click
to finalise you site survey.
If this section is blank, start by adding your survey Topic, selecting the Response Type, including any relevant Questions and indicating whether each question is required to complete the site survey. Click
to complete at another time, or
to finalise it.
Use a Site Survey Template

All published site survey templates will be available for selection to select and completion for this job. Start by choosing an assignee, setting a due date , then responding to the survey questions. Click
to finalise and submit the site survey.
💡To access your global list of created site surveys, navigate to Safety > Site Surveys.
